If you haven’t come across the term mindfulness before, it is a state of consciousness that connects us to the very moment we are existing in now, inviting our minds to be gentle observers of our inner and outer world.

In our small and intimate event, experience total immersion in nature whilst we gently guide you through mindful activities to open your mind and be present.

The rugged highland landscape is the perfect setting to experience the magic of making time to pause for self-reflection.
Enjoy wholesome food
Between your guided walks in nature, sharing circles and yoga, you will be nourished with a wholesome lunch and snacks to keep your mind clear and tummies happy.
Please note that as this is a small, intimate event we are working with small margins. If for any reason you cannot make the retreat, a request for a full refund made 30 days preceding the event will be accepted. Unfortunately, we are unable to process cancellations made less than 30 days before the retreat.
