“We did the Woodland Wildlife & Heritage Walk in early October with Sara-Jane. We had a great time. Sara-Jane was very cheerful and kind and even brought some tea and biscuits which we had while enjoying the lovely views. We learned a lot of interesting things and also came across a tiny mouse and the biggest and shiniest mushroom we have ever seen. We would definitely recommend Wild Alba Tours. Thank you for the lovely morning!”

“What a lovely lady Sara-Jane is! we were the only ones (group of 4) for our tour of Quarrelwoods in Elgin and Sara still took the time to show us the way. The tour itself was part of the spirit of speyside festival and was informative and pleasant, with a hot cup of tea and biscuit half way! A wonderful birthday treat to my dad.”

“Don’t hesitate to book a tour with these guys! My 9 year old London born and bred son had superb time on a farm tour, culminating in feeding and naming a new born lamb!
I had a great time too and I’m sure our guide Sara-Jane will make your chosen adventure an amazing experience.
It really was a great morning and when we’re back up north we’ll hopefully try another of Wild Alba’s offerings.
Thanks to the farm and Sara-Jane! We had a great time.”

“Coastal Bird Walk, my wife and I pre-booked this tour for our visit to Scotland as an introduction to the wildlife of the area. Our guide was the knowledgeable and enthusiastic Sara-Jane, who took us through various habitats around Spey Bay. We saw a good array of birds and even a seal in the estuary. A halfway refreshment break was a nice touch. The walk and engagement with Sara-Jane made the walk very enjoyable, so much so that the 2 hours seemed to fly by.
We would certainly recommend using Wild Alba Tours, the local knowledge of the guide was priceless in getting us to places we probably would have missed without their guidance and bird species we would have missed or been unable to identify.
Many thanks to Sara-Jane for a very enjoyable morning.”

We booked a woodland walk during a visit to Craigellachie. Sara-Jane our guide was friendly, down to earth and very knowledgeable about the local wildlife, history and heritage of the area.
We learned how to spot and identify the songs of several birds including coal tits, great tits, song thrush and buzzards.
We were lucky to have a beautiful day for the walk but I think Sara-Jane would be able to make it interesting and enjoyable for everyone regardless of the weather or your knowledge.”

“Had a great tour walking the Quarrelwoods as part of the Spirit of Speyside Whisky festival. A nice length of walk, lots of interesting and informative things pointed out along the way that we’d have easily missed.
We will definitely use again when in the area.”
